Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all parts of India.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we expect to commence international order processing very soon.
Processing & Delivery Time

Operating Days: We ship 6 days a week. Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.

Standard Delivery: Our standard shipping time is 7 to 10 working days.

Handover Guarantee: Aytrikas guarantees to hand over your consignment to our courier partner within 10 working days from the date of order and payment.

Liability: While we ensure timely handover, Aytrikas is not liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier company.
Delivery Protocol & Security

Verification: To ensure your purchase reaches you safely, we require a signature and a copy of the buyer’s ID proof upon delivery.

Transfer of Responsibility: Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the package is signed for and ID proof is provided.

Third-Party Recipients: If you have specified a third-party recipient (e.g., for a gift), a signature and ID proof from that individual serve as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of our obligation.
Delivery Attempts & Accuracy

Contact Information: Please ensure you provide a valid phone/mobile number during checkout to speed up the delivery process.

Unsuccessful Delivery: Our courier partners will make several attempts to deliver your product. If the product remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we are unable to accept requests for reimbursement.

Order Cancellation: In the event that we are unable to deliver a confirmed order, the full amount paid will be reversed back to your original payment account.
Color Representation

Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee a 100% accurate color display.

Natural Variation: A color mismatch of 10–12% may occur between the digital image and the original product.
